At Junyora, we strive to process and deliver every order as quickly and accurately as possible. Please review the information below to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Our business hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM ET on a business day are generally processed the same day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM ET will be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped directly from our United States warehouse, allowing us to provide faster delivery for eligible customers within the continental United States.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within the contiguous United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time

For eligible U.S. orders, the estimated delivery time is:

Order Processing: 1–3 business days
Shipping Time: 5–10 business days
Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6–13 business days

The estimated delivery time includes both order processing and transportation.

Delivery estimates are provided for reference only. Actual delivery may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control, including customs inspections, severe weather, public holidays, carrier delays, transportation disruptions, or other unexpected logistics issues.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the order subtotal before taxes and discounts.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses may result in shipping delays, additional carrier fees, returned packages, or unsuccessful delivery.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to update the address before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.
