At Junyora, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to help with returns and refunds under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • Free from visible wear, damage, stains, or alterations

  • Returned with all original tags attached

  • Packed in the original packaging with all included accessories and manuals

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Items Eligible for Return

We accept returns for the following situations:

  • The product arrives damaged during shipping.

  • The item has a manufacturing defect.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product is missing parts or accessories.

  • You changed your mind after receiving the item (buyer's remorse).

  • The product is no longer needed and remains unused in its original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain product quality and hygiene, we cannot accept returns in the following situations:

  • Products that have been used outdoors or show signs of use.

  • Items with stains, odors, dirt, pet hair, or other evidence of use.

  • Products that have been assembled, modified, repaired, or damaged after delivery.

  • Products returned without original packaging, labels, or included components.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Returns requested more than 30 calendar days after delivery.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our responsibility, including but not limited to:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Shipping damage

  • Incorrect item shipped

  • Missing components

Junyora will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and you will not be responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the return is requested because you changed your mind or the product is no longer wanted, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

We never charge any return handling fee, restocking fee, or processing fee for eligible returns.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support within 30 calendar days of receiving your order by emailing service@junyora.com.

  2. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos if the item is damaged or defective.

  3. Our support team will review your request and reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

  4. If your return is approved because of a product issue, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

  5. Carefully pack the item and send it to the authorized return address below.

Please do not return any item without receiving return authorization from our customer service team, as this may delay processing.

Return Processing

After your returned package arrives at our return facility, please allow 3–5 calendar days for inspection and return processing.

If the returned item meets the conditions described in this policy, your return will be approved and forwarded for refund processing.

Refunds

Once your return has been approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed. Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges($9.99) are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a verified product defect.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you may request a replacement instead of a refund within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Replacement requests are subject to product availability.

Holiday Return Extension

To make holiday shopping more convenient, orders delivered during the Christmas shopping season may qualify for an extended return period.

If a seasonal return extension is offered, the updated return deadline will be clearly announced on our website before the holiday period begins.

Important Return Information

Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If an incorrect delivery address is provided by the customer and the package is successfully delivered to that address, the order will not be considered defective or incorrect.

For approved returns, products must be shipped only to our designated return address listed above. Returns sent to unauthorized locations cannot be guaranteed for processing.
